Caregiver

Calling all night owls! We offer a 1:1 client ratio in the client's home environment in the Traverse City, MI area. If you have experience in a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living environment, that's great! Maybe you've cared for a loved one, or maybe you're willing to learn! We'd love to hear from you.

Phoenix Home Care is client-centered AND staff-centered. Providing clients with excellent care includes caring for our caregivers! We do our very best to support you and provide a collaborative environment to help ensure needs are met.

Paid time off, paid breaks, time-and-a-half for holidays worked, periodic bonuses, and paid training provided includes CPR and First Aid. We also offer an Employee Assistance Program at no cost to staff with access to counseling and other supports.
