Foam Material Handlers (Pm shift)

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Foam Materials Handlers to join our production team. This position involves cutting, handling, organizing, and assembling foam products according to production specifications, blueprints, and supervisor instructions. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and operating various tools and machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Cut foam sheets and materials using hand tools, cutting equipment, and production machinery.
• Build and assemble customer orders according to blueprints, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
• Stack and organize pallets safely and efficiently.
• Separate, sort, and package foam products into boxes or onto pallets for shipment.
• Inspect and clean foam materials as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Assist team members with larger or more complex orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, measurements, and supervisor instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, cutting tools, and production machinery preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle foam materials throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish language proficiency is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or foam fabrication experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Schedule:

First week of training will be held with morning shift from 6am-2:30pm and after training you'll be switched over to 2nd shift which is from 2:45pm-1:15am Monday- Friday.
