1. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-Basic)
Status: Part-Time / PRN
Location: NE Ohio (Base in Solon Ohio)
Shifts Available: Days, Nights, Flexible Weekends
Role Overview:
​As an EMT-B on the Frontline team, you are the backbone of our basic life support (BLS) and non-emergency medical transportation services. You will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care, maintain strict safety protocols during transit, and act as a professional representative of our company to hospital and facility staff.
Key Qualifications:

• Active State of Ohio EMT-Basic Certification (issued by ODPS Division of EMS).
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with an insurable driving record (no major infractions).
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mentality.

2. Advanced EMT (AEMT)
Status: Part-Time / PRN
Location: NE Ohio (Base in Solon Ohio)
Role Overview:
​AEMTs provide a critical bridge between basic and advanced care. You will administer select medications, initiate IV/IO access, manage advanced airways, and lead intermediate-level medical transports.
Key Qualifications:

• Active State of Ohio AEMT Certification (ODPS).
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (insurable record).
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

3. Paramedic (ALS)
Status: Part-Time / PRN
Location: NE Ohio (Base in Solon Ohio)
Role Overview:
Paramedics lead our Advanced Life Support teams. You will manage high-acuity patients, interpret ECGs, administer ACLS medications, and oversee complex inter-facility transfers.
Key Qualifications:

• Active State of Ohio Paramedic Certification (ODPS).
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (insurable record).
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
