Cable Tech

Pay Range: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Outsource is seeking a motivated Cable Tech to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable systems. Job Responsibilities

·       Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial cable systems

·       Run and terminate coaxial and fiber optic cabling

·       Diagnose and resolve signal and connectivity issues using diagnostic equipment

·       Set up and configure cable modems, routers, and related equipment

·       Perform site surveys to determine optimal cable routing

·       Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and job completion details

·       Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and address concerns

Qualifications

·       1+ years of experience in cable installation, maintenance, or a related field

·       Working knowledge of coaxial and fiber optic cable systems

·       Familiarity with cable testing and signal measurement tools

·       Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions

·       Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

·       Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

·       Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

·       Hourly pay range of $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and project requirements
