Responsibilities:

Order Management

• Entering and processing customer orders accurately
• Confirming pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
• Monitoring order status from production to delivery
• Handling order changes, cancellations, or delays

Customer Communication

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
• Responding to inquiries about products, availability, and lead times
• Providing updates on order status or production schedules
• Managing expectations during delays or supply issues

Coordination with Internal Teams

• Working closely with:
• • Production/planning teams for scheduling
  • Warehouse/logistics for shipping
  • Quality control for product issues

Logistics & Shipping Support

• Coordinating shipment dates and delivery methods

Issue Resolution & Complaints Handling

• Managing product defects, shortages, or incorrect shipments
• Processing returns, replacements
• Maintaining customer satisfaction even during problems

Documentation & Data Management

• Maintaining accurate customer records and order histories
• Updating EPICS systems

Relationship Management

• Building long-term relationships with key customers
• Supporting sales teams with account management

Qualifications:

• Two years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, multi tasking, attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management
• Computer proficiency
