Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients across assigned caseload
• Deliver skilled PT interventions in alignment with physician orders and patient care plans
• Document patient progress and clinical findings accurately and in a timely manner
• Complete orientation modules as required during onboarding period
• Participate in weekend rotation as assigned based on selected schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care physical therapy
• Must pass an onsite drug screen upon arrival, including marijuana; a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions — candidates should avoid any substances, including CBD products, that could result in a positive result
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Previous permanent staff at this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place to do so within that timeframe

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Altera charting system preferred but not required
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred
