Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with clinical best practices
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Oregon
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
- New graduates are welcome to apply

- Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
