Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities- Provide acute care physical therapy services to patients across the assigned caseload
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions in an acute setting
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner; Altera charting experience is a plus
- Complete required onboarding modules during orientation as part of facility compliance
- Participate in weekend rotation or alternative scheduling as assigned
- Active Physical Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submittal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy, specifically within the acute care service line
- Must be able to complete required lab/health items within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place
- Must be able to pass a facility-administered drug screen upon arrival, including screening for marijuana and CBD products — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates are not accepted)
- Previous permanent staff at this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred
- Experience with Altera charting system preferred
