We're seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ukiah, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for PTs looking for a consistent weekday schedule while helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life in an outpatient setting.
Position Highlights

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Shift: Days
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 5×8s (40 hours/week)
Start Time: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM
Lunch: 30 or 60 minutes (varies by schedule)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: October 26
Weekends: None
Traveler Pay Package
$3,400/week
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
- EPIC experience required
- Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education skills
- Ability to manage an independent outpatient caseload
