We are currently seeking a Safety Supervisor to spearhead health, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance on active job sites. In this critical function, you will serve as a technical resource, working hand-in-hand with field crews to foster a culture of uncompromising safety.

Core Responsibilities:
- Field Risk Mitigation: Perform proactive worksite evaluations to identify potential hazards, verify adherence to OSHA/ANSI standards, and deliver actionable safety feedback to operational leadership.
- Crew Engagement & Training: Spearhead morning huddles, conduct interactive tailgate safety moments, and coach field teams on specialized techniques including rigging, aerial lift operations, and electrical hazard awareness.
- Incident Response & Investigation: Lead formal root-cause investigations, ensure proper documentation is executed, and collaborate with regional management to track corrective measures to completion.
- Operational Partnership: Act as a vital liaison between field personnel and the safety administration, driving continuous improvement in daily utility clearance practices.
Work Environment:
- Field-intensive role requiring daily travel to multiple operational sites across Texas.
- Physical activity including walking rough terrain, standing, climbing, and working outdoors in varying climate conditions.
- Extended hours and responsive availability during seasonal storm restoration efforts.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive background in utility vegetation management, arboriculture, or heavy industrial safety oversight.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state occupational safety regulations governing electrical line clearance.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a proven capability to mentor field personnel and influence safe behavioral habits.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and willingness to travel extensively across regional project locations.
