About the Role:
Join Great White Mechanical, LLC as an HVAC Office Operations Associate and play a vital role in our dynamic team! In this position, you will streamline our operations and ensure compliance with local regulations, making a tangible impact in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in answering customer phone calls, scheduling and dispatching technicians for service calls and installations.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and management as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding installations, service, maintenances, warranties, etc.
- Assist the Installation Department and Service Department with daily operations.
- Communicate with local municipalities to ensure adherence to building codes and regulations regarding HVAC Installations.
- Contribute to improving operational processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or HVAC preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in office operations in the HVAC industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Service Titan.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and permit processes is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
