Elite Search Associates is partnering with an established and growing Florida pharmacy organization to recruit a Pharmacy Manager for its Molino location.

This opportunity could suit an established Pharmacy Manager or PIC, but we’re equally interested in hearing from experienced Pharmacists who are ready to take the next step in their careers and move into management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of the day-to-day pharmacy operation
• Lead and support the pharmacy team
• Ensure prescriptions are dispensed safely, accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and medication safety
• Oversee workflow, inventory and operational standards
• Provide medication counseling and clinical support to patients
• Develop strong relationships with patients, prescribers and healthcare partners
• Support and mentor Pharmacy Technicians and colleagues
• Help improve workflow, efficiency and patient experience
• Develop your leadership and operational management capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Pharmacist license – required
• Solid experience working as a Pharmacist
• Previous Pharmacy Manager, PIC or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required
• Pharmacists ready to make their first move into management are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical and operational knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confidence making decisions and taking responsibility
• A hands-on, approachable leadership style
• Genuine ambition to progress your pharmacy career

What’s on Offer

• $65.00–$70.00 per hour
• Approx. $135,000–$145,600 annually based on a 40-hour week
