Assembly Supervisor

ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR – $50K–$60K Direct Hire Position

We’re looking for an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead assembly operations, oversee employees, coordinate production schedules, and keep assembly lines running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for assembly line setup, employee training, production coordination, quality, safety, and troubleshooting.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Supervise assembly/setup personnel
• Coordinate assembly schedules with Production
• Set up and oversee assembly lines
• Train, coach & develop employees
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Review work orders, blueprints, BOMs & routers
• Monitor production quality & safety
• Work with Production, Engineering & other departments to improve processes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous assembly/manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes & equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery/equipment
• Strong leadership & employee development skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer, Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• High school diploma/GED required; technical degree preferred
