General Laborer/Parts Specialist - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Parts Specialist to join our team on Second Shift. This position will support our manufacturing and Fabrication Departments by handling parts, sorting materials, assisting with general shop duties, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is willing to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Remove parts from machines and brake/sort parts from skeleton material.
• Label and organize parts accurately.
• Perform general shop and fabrication labor.
• Assist the Fabrication Department with various tasks as needed.
• Assist with the preparation and fabrication of components and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors.
