About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Female Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our busy and growing Women's Health/OB-GYN outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care for women in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct well-woman exams, gynecologic evaluations, and follow-up visits.
• Provide preventive healthcare and patient education.
• Manage routine outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Perform office procedures within scope of practice.
• Counsel patients regarding contraception, menopause, reproductive health, and general wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active California license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in Women's Health and/or OB-GYN preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
