Xray Tech

The X-ray Technologist will support an orthopedic clinic by performing general radiography during daytime weekday shifts. Reporting to a physician, this role will prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, and produce high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient care and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Position patients accurately for radiographic examinations.
• Perform general radiographic imaging procedures.
• Operate X-ray equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures.
• Evaluate image quality and repeat images when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in radiologic technology.
• State radiologic technologist license.
• Knowledge of radiographic imaging and X-ray equipment operation.
• Understanding of radiation safety practices.
• Ability to evaluate diagnostic images.
• Strong attention to detail.
