What You’ll Be Doing

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy
• Lead, support and develop the pharmacy team
• Ensure prescriptions are processed safely, accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and medication safety
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, inventory and operational performance
• Counsel patients and provide clinical guidance
• Build strong relationships with patients, prescribers and healthcare partners
• Support and develop Pharmacy Technicians and other team members
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience
• Help create a positive, accountable and professional pharmacy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Pharmacist license – required
• Experience working as a Pharmacist within a busy pharmacy environment
• Existing management or PIC experience is welcomed but not essential
• Ambitious Pharmacists looking to make the next step into management are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient care
• Excellent communication, organization and decision-making skills
• Natural leadership qualities and the confidence to take greater responsibility
• A positive, hands-on approach to supporting colleagues and patients

What’s on Offer

• $65.00–$70.00 per hour
• Approx. $135,000–$145,600 annually based on a 40-hour week
