Job Details

Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Experience: LTC experience required
Local Candidates: Accepted; local rate applies within 75 miles
Travel Radius: 75-mile rule applies
EMR: EPIC/EMR experience required

Requirements

Current New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License
Eligible for or holds ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Strong communication skills with patients, medical staff, and facility staff
Strong assessment skills with the ability to determine patient prognosis and develop appropriate treatment goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office and EPIC/EMR
Knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement system
