JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified in ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts)
• Licenses: Active IA Medical License, CDS, and DEA with IA address
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS required
• Experience: Residency trained in specialty required
• Other Qualifications: CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo, TB/FLU/Hep B/MMR/VARICELLA Immunization records

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 24-hour physician coverage in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with NP/PA and hospitalist (HM) program.
• Manage patients in a Level II trauma center with 30K annual ED volume.
• Perform emergency procedures per standard of care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital privileging and credentialing requirements.
