JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Active certification through AANP/ANCC in FNP
• Licenses: Active NY RN and NY NP License and DEA w/ NY address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA w/ NY address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5
• Certifications: ACLS and PALS (AHA) and ATLS
• Experience: New grads considered with training
• Other Qualifications: Case logs and CME/CEU documentation for past 2 years required; Current immunizations (Flu, PPD/Chest Xray, Physical, N95 Fit Test, MMR-Hep B-Varicella titers)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients in the ER
• Perform moderate sedation procedures as required
• Work a rotating schedule including day, evening, and night shifts (7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a, 9a-5p, 4:30p-12:30a)
• Document all patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with attending physicians and healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
