JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)Licenses: Active NC License or IMLC eligible, NC DEA in hand
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with NC address required< /li>
• Experience: Minimum 2 years EM experience within the past 3 years
• Other Qualifications: CMEs past 2 years, DL photo, medical diploma, intern/residency certificates, board certification

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED
• Manage a high-volume patient load across multiple shift blocks (7a-7p, 3pm-1a, 7p-7a)
• Collaborate with NPPA support staff for efficient patient throughput
• Adhere to board certification requirements and maintain active NC DEA and state license
• Maintain CME compliance and provide documentation per credentialing guidelines
