Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Field Service Technician supporting, installing, commissioning, and maintaining Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with building control systems, including HVAC controls, sensors, switches, actuators, DDC controllers, and energy management technologies.
  • 2+ years of proven troubleshooting experience diagnosing and resolving complex building automation issues.
  • 2+ years of experience using industry-standard diagnostic tools and software applications related to Building Automation Systems.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
