Summary:

Seeking a New Jersey-licensed Attorney with 1-5 years of relevant legal experience to join a full-time legal practice. The attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and be responsible for planning, developing, researching, and filing matters across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and assist with general litigation matters.

• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.

• Prepare, develop, and file legal documents and pleadings.

• Assist with tax appeals and land use/development matters.

• Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and firm leadership on case strategy and legal matters.

• Maintain strict client confidentiality.

• Manage legal administration and case-related responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S.-accredited law school.

• Active admission to practice law in New Jersey.

• 1-5 years of relevant legal experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.

• Excellent analytical and information-management abilities.

• Strong client contact and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to interpret and apply new laws, statutes, and legal precedents.

• Strong organizational and legal administration skills.

• Ability to handle confidential client information professionally.
