B Shift: Mon–Thu, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM — $27.60/hr W2
D Shift: Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM — $30.00/hr W2

Job Summary:
Seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot highly automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced medical device production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic preventive maintenance on automated equipment.
• Clear machine faults/stoppages and monitor processes using HMIs.
• Perform equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic repairs.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Support quality, production, process validation, and new product introduction activities.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and cleanroom requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/process issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with automated equipment, HMIs, robotics, PCB handling/testing, or discrete assembly.
• Medical device manufacturing and cleanroom experience.
• Experience with laser welding, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, or mechanical swaging.
• Familiarity with manufacturing measurement instruments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
