Production Associate

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Production Associates. This role is perfect for someone eager to enter the manufacturing industry and grow with us. Full-time and long-term opportunities are available, with flexible options for summer employment.

• Catch flooring sheets as they come out of the machine in the Catch Department.
• Load and unload products in the Grinder Department.
• Use hot air to weld side pieces in the Roof Rack Weld Department.
• Operate the injection mold machine by pressing buttons.
• Stamp and press out interlocking flooring pieces in the Press Department.

• General labor skills and a willingness to learn.
• Open to individuals new to manufacturing.

• Experience with extrusion or injection molding is beneficial.
• Experience in packaging, production, machine operation, assembly, or inspection.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliability and punctuality are crucial.

Work in a dynamic plastics manufacturing facility located in Oscoda, Michigan. Be prepared for a warm environment during the summer months. We offer B shift (Monday to Thursday 6:00pm-6:30am) and D shift (Friday to Sunday 6:00pm-6:30am) with competitive shift premiums. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oscoda, MI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.90/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
