Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel and ERP systems.
  • Must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or individual with protected status in the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Deliver accurate financial forecasts, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Impact the financial performance of the Aero business unit.
