Client Service Rep

Client Service Rep LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Client Service Rep for our client located in Bremerton. This position will be a full-time, 100% onsite position. The role will be a contract-to-hire position - our client is looking for a long-term fit! This role will be providing a great customer service experience via phone to our client's customers calling in for their services. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working one to one with individuals in order to find the best service that aligns with their current situation. This role analyzes and finds solutions for clients based on the initial conversation and follow up with individuals. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working 1-1 and independently finding solutions for clients, working in a fast-paced environment, and multitasking throughout the day. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years customer service/call center experience, financial experience strongly desired
• Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, especially phone correspondence
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Tech-savvy and able to work within multiple systems throughout the day

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
