Job Title: AOI Test Operator / Programmer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
Shift Available: Swing / 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

Responsibilities
- Write AOI programs using ViTrox software and perform automated optical testing on PCBs.
- Set up and operate the ViTrox V510 machine to perform electrical testing and check for defects (shorts, opens, etc.).
- Write, fine-tune, and debug test programs before releasing them to production.
- Complete testing tasks and document results in a timely, accurate manner.
- Report potential equipment or quality issues to management immediately.
- Interact professionally with managers, co-workers, and vendors while maintaining clean and safe work areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in writing AOI test programs (ViTrox software preferred).
- Experience using PCB manufacturing software systems (ProCim).
- Ability to read and understand technical work instructions and procedures.
- Must be detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift.
