Qualifications- Proven experience in designing and developing RF circuits, modules, or systems for aerospace or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of RF principles, wireless communication protocols, and antenna design.
- Proficiency with RF simulation and analysis tools such as Keysight ADS, Cadence AWR, ANSYS HFSS, CST, or similar software.
- Experience conducting RF testing, troubleshooting, and validation in laboratory and field environments.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements related to wireless systems.
- Design and develop advanced RF modules and systems tailored for aerospace applications.
- Perform detailed RF analysis, simulation, and testing to ensure system performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate RF solutions into aerospace products and systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and RF trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in RF design and development.
