Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
• Computer proficiency required
• SAP experience would be a plus
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved PPE

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control mining and production
• Ensure appropriate quality product is made at the Plant
• Analyze and monitor production efficiency and productivity
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity levels
• Manage performances of subordinate personnel and hold others accountable
