Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, quality engineering, supplier quality, or operations.
• 3-5+ years leading quality teams, engineers, or quality managers.
• Experience supporting OEMs (Boeing, Airbus, Gulfstream, Lockheed Martin, etc.)
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customers.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Strong working knowledge of AS9100/AS9100D and AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and Supplier audits.
• Leading talent development and coaching within the team.
• Driving supplier quality management and corrective action management.
• Building a quality culture through strategic planning and executive communication.
