Job Description

This role supports warehouse operations by handling materials, picking and packing orders, operating material handling equipment, and moving between different departments as needed. You will work primarily on a weekend shift and contribute to efficient shipping, receiving, and general production activities in a fast-paced, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately using a pick sheet.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and track inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Build pallets securely and break down boxes as required for storage or shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks safely to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Drive various types of material handling equipment, including reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and tuggers, as assigned.
• Load and unload trucks using lifts, pallet jacks, or by hand, following safety procedures.
• Rotate between different warehouse departments as needed to support daily operational demands.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
• Support general production and warehouse distribution tasks as directed.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards to maintain a clean and efficient work area.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work in different departments and perform a variety of tasks each day.
• Ability to perform material handling duties, including lifting, moving, and organizing products.
• Experience with warehouse production, picking, and packing processes.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of forklift experience, including reach trucks, stand-up, and sit-down equipment.
• Experience using an RF scanner for picking and inventory control.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, tuggers, and other warehouse material handling equipment.
• Ability to cross-train and support production activities as needed.
• Basic computer skills to support warehouse and production operations.
• Experience in Warehouse Distribution and Material Handling is a plus.

Work Environment

The warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment that remains clean, organized, and focused on safety. You will work on a structured schedule that includes a 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift, Monday through Thursday, with additional weekend shift coverage as required by the role. The facility uses a range of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and tuggers, along with RF scanners and basic computer systems to support daily operations. Team members move between departments frequently, collaborating across warehouse and production areas to meet operational goals while maintaining an orderly and efficient workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Rogers,MN.
