Qualifications

• 3 years or more of experience in HVAC controls and building automation systems.
• 3 years or more of experience with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and BAS technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex HVAC control issues.
• 3 years or more of experience with programming and configuring HVAC control systems, including DDC controllers and software.
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite installation, commissioning, and service of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Serve as the technical lead on projects, providing direction and mentorship to junior technicians and subcontractors.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics of HVAC controls systems.
• Program, configure, and commission Honeywell platforms.
• Conduct system startups, point-to-point verification, and functional performance testing.
