Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Mancan is working with a company in Mt. Vernon seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 1016 weeks. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with questions and concerns, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills looking for a temporary office position.

Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30am4:30pm

Pay: $25.00/hour

Location: Mt. Vernon, OH

Job Duties:
Provide professional and friendly customer service to customers
Answer customer questions and assist with resolving concerns
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Enter and maintain customer information and orders accurately
Assist with order tracking, updates, and general account information
Communicate with internal departments to help resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Follow up with customers as needed
Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to customer service
Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications:
Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or GED preferred
