Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hearing Aid Specialist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our locally owned and operated clinic in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered hearing care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments.

·         Diagnose hearing disorders and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

·         Fit, program, dispense, and service hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs

·         Perform follow-up visits to monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments.

·         Educate patients on hearing loss, hearing aids, and proper device care.

·         Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

·         Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist credentials

·         Current Cincinnati state licensure and/or certification

·         ASHA, ABA, or equivalent preferred

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team

·         Prior clinical or healthcare experience preferred
