Claims support Staff

We’re seeking a reliable, customer‐focused Claims Support Agent to assist callers in a fast‐paced environment. Candidates should be computer‐literate, strong communicators, able to follow procedures, and comfortable handling high call volumes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, flexible availability, and dependable transportation are helpful.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with starting new accident claims
• Provide professional, friendly service on every call
• Answer questions about estimates and next steps
• Offer available inspection options
• Enter information quickly and accurately using multiple systems
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills)
• Strong typing and data-entry ability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Excellent verbal communication; professional, assertive, and customer-focused
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Consistent record of strong performance and reliability
• Ability to follow established procedures accurately
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
• Dependable in adhering to assigned work schedules
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
