Qualifications

• 7+ years in Healthcare application engineering, solution proposal or solution consulting OR
• 7+ years in Healthcare Facility Management Leadership AND 3+ years designing building systems in healthcare environments
• Strong expertise in Healthcare building systems, controls, and integration technologies
• Proven ability to translate patient and staff experience needs into technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of reference architectures for integrated building systems in healthcare facilities
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, clearly documented solution designs
• Recommend optimal system architectures aligned with patient comfort, operational efficiency, and energy optimization
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and goals
• Provide technical leadership in pre-sales engagements
