A growing organization in the industrial facilities and infrastructure construction sector is seeking a Director of Finance for a direct hire opportunity in Glendale, CA. This management-level finance leadership role is ideal for an experienced corporate finance professional who excels at financial planning, executive reporting, strategic analysis, and cross-functional leadership.
The Director of Finance will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen financial transparency, support strategic initiatives, and improve financial performance across the organization and its subsidiaries. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys partnering with executives, managing complex budgets, and influencing key business decisions in a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and capital planning across the organization and subsidiaries.
- Prepare executive and board-level financial reporting, including KPI analysis, ROI analysis, financial trends, and business performance insights.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, process improvements, and financial decision-making.
- Manage financial oversight for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, including budget tracking, forecasting, profitability analysis, and variance reporting.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles while improving financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional accountability.
- Support internal audits, financial controls, and continuous improvement initiatives related to finance processes and reporting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $190,000 to $210,000 per year.
