Operations Specialist (Bi-Lingual Mandarin)

•     Will have day-to-day contact with Asian suppliers, working in Mandarin.

•     Place and confirm orders, track production and chase run dates against customer commitments.

•     Communicate changes in production and transportation across the organization.

•     Monitor supplier payments and assist with supplier down-payment reconciliation.

•     Collect and manage COAs, product specifications and supplier test data.

•     Build claims documentation, including the photo and video evidence our suppliers require.

•     Manage ocean bookings and container tracking, and oversee customs clearance.

•     Create and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on customer.
