Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Product or process engineering experience.
- Experience with CNC machining, optics, electronics, and/or data analysis.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Provide test and manufacturing support for the RLG (Ring Laser Gyroscope) production line.
- Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and product health trends.
- Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
- Help grow capacity by reducing cycle time, incorporating new capital equipment, and improving yield.
