Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 2+ years of home health experience and HCHB/Oasis charting proficiency.
Details
- Home health setting covering White, Cumberland, and Van Buren Counties within a 50-75 mile radius
- Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Patient population is geriatric, with visit types including start of care and follow-up visits
- Average caseload of 6-7 patients per day, equating to approximately 3 patient visits
- Productivity requirement of 30 points per week minimum
- No on-call requirements
- No weekend work required unless needed to meet weekly productivity goals
- Uses HCHB and Oasis for charting
Requirements
- Current state license required if applicable
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience required
- HCHB and Oasis charting experience required
- Must hold license in hand, pending licenses not accepted
Additional Information
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
- Dress code is scrubs or business casual, with polo and scrub pants for PTs
- Local candidates accepted
- First-time travelers not accepted for this position
