Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting during night shift hours
• Perform and interpret ECG rhythm recognition as assessed during orientation
• Administer and manage medications in accordance with facility protocols, with competency verified via safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Document and track hours worked using the designated time-management platform
• Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency requirements and facility-assigned modules
• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance standards, and unit-specific protocols throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or active Compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• AHA BLS certification — must be active and in hand at time of submission
• ACLS certification — must be active and in hand at time of submission
• NIHSS certification — must be willing to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• One professional reference required from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (Charge RN references accepted; co-worker references will not be accepted)
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation; maximum of two attempts allowed — candidates who do not pass will be subject to cancellation
• No open background or license hits; all background findings are reviewed by the facility
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience within a single location for the required specialty, though combined experience across locations is considered
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and ECG rhythm interpretation in an acute care environment
• Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated compliance in a health system setting
