NICU Registered Nurse – Nights

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting during night shift hours
• Deliver 1:1 patient coverage; occasional house-wide float for 1:1 coverage may be required on a rare basis
• May float to Pediatrics to cover hyperbilirubinemia readmissions, Failure to Thrive, and similar cases based on competence and comfortability
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including BLS and NRP

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient NICU experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with hyperbilirubinemia management and Failure to Thrive cases
• Comfort and competence floating to Pediatrics when needed
