Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate individualized patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
• Serve as a professional resource person for patients, families, and care team members
• Apply knowledge of patient care principles relative to the ages of patients served
• Demonstrate self-motivation and professionalism in all aspects of nursing practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana or compact eligibility
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible (in-state travelers are not considered unless this radius requirement is met)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
