Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit within a 97-bed acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data, escalating concerns as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, care delivered, and clinical outcomes in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Virginia or a compact state license
• Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Experience in a facility offering surgical services, ICU, or cardiac care
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in acute care environments
