Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU Nights

Location

Bentonville, AR | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and responses to care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications and adhere to all unit-specific clinical standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas
• Minimum 2 years of Level II and/or Level III NICU experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both Level II and Level III NICU environments
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in acute care settings
• Strong ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and team workflows
