Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced cardiovascular intensive care unit
• Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced mechanical circulatory support devices
• Care for a broad range of complex cardiovascular patients across the full CV service line
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, timely, and effective critical care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (or compact equivalent) valid in Arkansas
• Experience with ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation)
• Experience with Impella device management
• Experience with Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
• Experience with Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD)
• Prior CVICU or high-acuity critical care nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN or relevant critical care certification
• Experience managing complex, multi-system cardiovascular patients
• Ability to adapt quickly in a busy, high-volume critical care environment
