Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Virginia Beach. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. I need someone who can transport ideally mid day from therapy to school. I would need help in the afternoon picking up from school and then keeping him until I get home around 6-7 p.m. I would also need overnight care some weekends but this would be pre-arranged. My son is special needs so preference towards someone with previous experience working with special needs children.
