Biomedical Scientist, Knowledge Management

InVitro Cell Research (ICR) is hiring a talented and motivated Biomedical Scientist with a deep background in aging biology and interest and experience in managing large amounts of knowledge and synthesizing biomedical literature to produce concise, hard-hitting personalized medicine reports. Our ideal candidate will be a "health tinkerer", someone who is deeply interested in their own health and also loves to write. A deep and broad background in health research, aging biology and molecular biology is required.

Please note: this is NEITHER a Public Health position nor an Epidemiology position.

With ICR, you'll get to:

\n
• Rapidly research available resources and synthesize important information into easy-to-read reports and assemble executive summaries on a variety of health and disease topics
\n
• Quickly synthesize new information and update previous reports
\n
• Communicate summarized, high-level information effectively to ICR Upper Management
\n
• Manage a small team of remote researchers
\n

Please apply if you really enjoy writing and have:

• A MS or PhD in a Biomedical Science
\n
• At least 25 years experience in science, health research and writing
\n
• A deep background in aging biology
\n
• a sincere interest in your own health and spend time on sites like quantified-self.io (for example), i.e. are a "health tinkerer"
\n
• Experience in searching and analyzing traditional online resources of scientific information (e.g. PubMed, ResearchGate, etc) and non-traditional (e.g. message boards, blogs, news articles, etc)
\n
• Experience writing clear, concise and accurate reports and summaries of assigned literature topics in English that are easy to read and understand
\n
• The ability to quickly assimilate and integrate data from various sources into cohesive summaries
\n
• Experience using LLMs and AI responsibly for research and information synthesis
\n

The compensation ranges listed below are starting ranges.

\n

Starting base pay range: $125,000/yr - $175,000/yr

\n

Starting bonus range: $8,000/yr - $17,000/yr
