Position Summary:\n
\n
\nThe Sky House Busser/Host is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting and seating them in a friendly and efficient manner. They manage reservations, waitlists, and coordinate seating flow to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience. Additionally they support the dining room team by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. They help ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.\n
\n
\nTypical shift is 10:00am-4:00pm and must have open availability during weekends and holidays.\n
\n
Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:\n

\n Technical - None\n

\n Physical Capabilities - Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level is preferred. Exposed to ice/snow coming to and from work.\n
\n Additional - Strong attention to detail. Must be capable of managing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously.\n

- Assist cashiers by retrieving and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins. \n
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards. \n
- Remove used plates, glasses, utensils from table after customers are done eating. \n
- Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables. \n
- Take out trash and recycling. \n
- Refilling paper napkins, condiments, salt, and pepper shakers. \n
- Cleaning and bussing both The Nest & Red Hawk Café dining area throughout the shift. \n
- Help cashiers with side work. \n
